You can choose from our library of **150+ pre-saved templates** or create your own **Custom Templates** for different garment categories, each with a fixed combination of models, poses, backgrounds, and styling. ## Benefits of Custom Templates * **Saves time:** Avoid selecting models, poses, and backdrops manually for every garment. * **Ensures consistency:** Maintain the same visual identity across SKUs. * **Brand-specific output:** Create unique looks aligned with your brand language. * **Flexible editing:** Modify template elements anytime as your needs evolve. ## Credit Consumption of Templates Templates do not have a fixed cost, Credits are consumed based on the **number of poses added**: * **1 pose = 5 credits,** so if you wish to create 4 poses in a template = 20 credits. There is no limit to the number of poses in a template. You can edit existing templates without additional charges, However, adding new poses will consume **5 credits per pose**. Other elements like model, footwear, or accessories can be adjusted without additional template charges. ## Step 1: Select Your Product Go to the **Assets** section and select **Templates**. Download images # Refine a Generated Image Source: https://docs.getayna.com/how-tos/refine-image If you are not satisfied with your generated image, you have two refinement options available. You can **regenerate the image** to instantly create a fresh version, or **request an edit by sharing your feedback with our team**, who will make the adjustments and deliver the updated image within your plan's turnaround time. These options let you refine results without starting over, helping you achieve the best outcome faster. **Both regeneration and assisted edits are included in your plan and do not consume any additional credits.** The number of regenerations available depends on your plan, with at least one regeneration provided per image. Follow these steps to refine a generated image in just a few clicks. ## Method 1: To Regenerate Image Click on the **three-dot menu** on any generated image, select **Regenerate Image** to instantly generate a new version. Regenerate image ## Method 2: To Send Images for Editing Open the photoshoot folder, select the image you want to edit, click the three dots, choose **Send for edits**, select the required edit options (Blur, Edge smudge, Hands rework, Small details, Accessories issues, etc.), add any specific instructions in **Custom Note** if needed, and click **Submit**. Ayna allows you to upload garments, change backgrounds, apply themes and templates, and create multiple pose and styling variations in just a few clicks. You can watch a quick walkthrough here on - [**YouTube**](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oXKzjQn1Lfk) Or explore the step-by-step process below to see how Ayna simplifies virtual photoshoots. ## Step 1: Choose Your Product & Photoshoot Specifications Click on **"Start a Photoshoot"** on the home page to begin creating your virtual photoshoot. Select the garment category and gender. Ayna also lets you generate **marketplace-ready** images for platforms like Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Amazon, and even custom ratios, eliminating the need for manual resizing or cropping. Start a Photoshoot Garment and options Upload images of your products, or choose from Ayna's in-built sample products to explore the platform and try different garment options like — fit type → slim, regular, relaxed, or oversized, tucked-in or tucked-out styles. After uploading your garment images, you can either select a template or proceed manually. Upload and options ## Step 2: Choose your Photoshoot Design After your input is processed successfully, you need to choose your photoshoot design, including poses, models, backgrounds, etc. There are 2 ways to proceed: ### Method (a): Proceed with Templates Templates offer pre-saved inputs with predefined models, backdrops, and poses, which you can review before generating any images. You can choose a template of your choice, either from our pre-built library of 150+, or your own custom templates, and proceed to the Review Page. On the review page, you can view all pre-saved inputs, including model poses, styles, and accessories. You can customise any of these options, and once satisfied, click **Generate** to create your images. Templates review ### Method (b): Choose your Photoshoot Design (Manual) Using pre-saved templates is optional. You can also proceed with your photoshoot manually, gaining complete creative freedom over your photoshoot. You will start with selecting a model: Ayna offers a wide range of models across Menswear, Womenswear, and Kidswear, with filters for age and ethnicity to match your brand. You can also create your own custom model if you have specific requirements. Select model After selecting your model, choose a background. Ayna offers a wide range of options, from clean studio backdrops to outdoor locations, allowing you to match the mood and garment category. You can again upload your custom background to have a more personalised shoot. Background Then, you need to select poses from our vast pose library. Select the desired poses for your photoshoot. Choose from multiple angles and close-up options, including front, back, side, and full-body shots, based on the garment style. Poses The last stage is styling: you can choose a pairing garment from Ayna's Style Library or upload a garment of your own, especially for top-wear styling. Pairing garment You can also select footwear from the available options or upload a new one to complete the look for your photoshoot. Footwear Lastly, you can select accessories for detailed styling. We provide a huge jewellery library to enhance your overall photoshoot. Accessories After adding all inputs, click **Review** to proceed to the final steps. ## Step 3: Review your Selections Once you proceed either manually or with templates, you will land on the final review page. Here, you can align on all the inputs and make last-minute changes, if any. Review and Generate Voilà! Your photoshoot is ready. Click on **Photoshoots** to view your final outputs and reorder them as per your requirements. Happy generating ✨ Photoshoots ready # Add Infographics to Your Images Source: https://docs.getayna.com/infographics/add-infographics Once you have a template you like, adding infographics takes just a few clicks: choose your images, pick a template, match a design to each image, add your text and click **Generate**. Each infographic is created as a new image right next to the photo it was made from, so your originals stay exactly as they are. Follow these steps to add infographics to images of one product. To add infographics to many products at once, see [Add Infographics in Bulk](/infographics/bulk-infographics). ## Before you start * Infographics can be added to finished images. Images that are still being generated or edited can be used once they're done. * You need a plan that includes infographics (**Silver**, **Gold**, **Platinum** or **Enterprise**), and the **Admin**, **Member** or **QC Reviewer** role. ## Step 1: Choose your images You can start from one image, or from several images of the same product: * **One image:** Click the **⋮** menu on the image and choose **Add infographic**. The menu shows how many credits one infographic costs on your plan. * **Several images:** Open the product's page, tick the images you want (up to **10** at a time), then click the **infographics icon** in the top bar. On a computer, it shows how many images you've selected. * **An archived image:** Archived images don't have a **⋮** menu, so click the infographics icon on the image instead. Add infographic Select images The **Add infographics** page opens with your images. It walks you through three steps, shown at the top: **Choose a template**, **Match your images** and **Add text & create**. ## Step 2: Choose a template Pick a template from **Your templates** or the **Starter collection**, or search for one by name. Don't have the right template yet? Click **Create template**, add your designs and click **Save & use template**. You'll come straight back here with your new template selected. See [Create Infographic Templates](/infographics/create-templates). To switch templates later, click **Change** next to the template's name at the top of the page (on a phone, tap **Change template**). Switching clears your matches but keeps any text you've added. Choose a template ## Step 3: Match a design to each image Each image needs a design from your template. Studio never matches them automatically, so you're always in control of which look goes where. * Click an image (or its **Choose design** button), then click the design you want in the panel of designs on the right. On a phone, the designs open in a drawer. * On a computer, you can also drag a design straight onto an image. * To use the same design for every image, click **Use one design for all**, choose a design, then click **Apply Design N to all**. * To change a match, click **Change**. To remove one, click the **×**. **Clear matches** removes them all. Images you leave unmatched are simply skipped, and you're not charged for them. Match designs to images Use one design for all **Why is an image greyed out?** Some images can't take an infographic right now, and the image shows why: * **Still in progress:** The image is still being created. * **Being edited:** The image is with our editing team. * **Replaced by an edit:** An edited version has replaced this image. Use the edited image instead. * **Photoshoot cancelled:** The photoshoot was cancelled. * **No image yet:** The image doesn't have a file Studio can use yet. * **Unsupported image type:** This kind of image can't take an infographic. * **Already sent for generation:** You've already sent this image in this run. Deleted images don't appear on the page at all. ## Step 4: Add your text (optional) Click **Add text · optional** on an image to tell Studio what its infographic should say, for example "V neckline, button front, wide-leg silhouette". You can write up to **1,000 characters** for each image. Leave it blank to highlight visible details instead, or to use your product text if you add some (see below). Studio keeps names, numbers and units as you type them, so double-check spellings and sizes, and check them again on the finished infographic. Add text to an image ### Product text If you see a **Product text** button above your images, you can write one text for the whole product instead of writing it image by image: * Click **Product text** and add what's true of the product, such as fabric, fit, care and sizes. You can write up to **20,000 characters**. * If your product has a base sheet, click **Import from base sheet** to fill it in automatically, then edit it as you like. * When you create, each image without its own text gets the details from your product text that suit it. * An image's own text replaces the product text for that image, so include any product details you still want on it. Product text is only used for this run. It isn't saved to your product, and it doesn't cost anything extra. Product text ## Step 5: Check the cost and generate The bar at the bottom of the page shows how many images you've matched, the credits per image on your plan and the credits you have available. When you're ready, click **Generate**. The button shows exactly what you're creating and what it costs, for example **Generate 2 infographics · 20 credits**. Credits are deducted as soon as you click; there's no second confirmation step. If you don't have enough credits, the bar shows how many more you need, with a link to **Add credits**. Generate infographics ## What happens next Studio confirms that your infographics are on their way and takes you back to where you started. Each infographic appears next to its image as it finishes. See [Track and Use Your Infographics](/infographics/track-and-use) to follow their progress. That's it! Your infographics are being created. ## Your work is saved as you go If you reload the page, or step away to create a template, Studio keeps your template, matches and text. (Saving a new template selects it, which clears your matches but keeps your text.) If you leave and later open **Add infographics** again for the same images in the same browser tab, Studio shows **Picked up where you left off**. To clear everything and begin again, click **Start over** there. Your work is saved in your current browser tab only, so it's cleared when you close the tab. ## If your connection drops while sending While your infographics are being sent, your matches and text are locked, and your browser warns you before you leave the page. If something interrupts the sending, just click **Generate** again. Anything that already went through is never charged twice. Images marked **Unconfirmed** were sent, but Studio couldn't confirm they arrived. When you click **Generate**, they're sent again exactly as they were, and you're only charged for the ones that didn't go through the first time. While there are unconfirmed images, the button shows the cost as **up to** a number of credits, and you can't switch templates. You can also click **Start a new run** in the bottom bar. It unlocks the unconfirmed images and keeps your template, matches and text, and your next **Generate** sends them in a new run. Unconfirmed images may already have gone through, so any that did are created, and charged, again as new infographics. # Add Infographics in Bulk Source: https://docs.getayna.com/infographics/bulk-infographics Bulk lets you add infographics to many products in one go, right from the **Photoshoots** page. Instead of matching a design to every single image, you match a design to each **position**, and it's used for that image across all the products you've selected. Bulk infographics are available on the **Platinum** plan and on Enterprise plans that include bulk generation. On other plans, the infographics icon on the **Photoshoots** page offers an upgrade, even for a single product. You can still add infographics to each product from its own page. ## Step 1: Select your products Go to **Photoshoots**, tick the products you want (up to **1,000** at a time), then click the **infographics icon** in the top bar. On a computer, it shows how many products you've selected. Select products ## Step 2: Choose a template Pick a template from **Your templates** or the **Starter collection**, just as you would for a single product. See [Choose a template](/infographics/add-infographics#step-2-choose-a-template). ## Step 3: Match a design to each position Your images are grouped into positions: * **Position 1** holds the first image of every selected product, **Position 2** the second image, and so on. * Images are counted in the order they appear on each product's page. * Only each product's first **10** finished images are included, so there are up to 10 positions. Archived images and existing infographics aren't counted. Click **Choose design** on a position, then click the design you want in the panel of designs. On a computer, you can also drag a design onto a position. The design is used for every image in that position. To use one design everywhere, click **Use one design for all**. Each position shows a few sample images and how many images will use its design. Positions you leave unmatched are skipped, and you're not charged for them. If an image in a position can't take an infographic right now, it's skipped and counted as unavailable. Match designs to positions ## Step 4: Add your text (optional) * **Text for one image:** On a position, click **View all images & add text**, then choose an image to add text for that product. * **Product text:** If you see a **Product text** button, click it to write one text per product. Search for a product, or click **Import all** to fill in every product that has a base sheet and no text yet. Text works the same way as for a single product: it's optional, an image's own text replaces its product text, and product text isn't saved to your products. See [Add your text](/infographics/add-infographics#step-4-add-your-text-optional). ## Step 5: Generate Check the totals in the bar at the bottom of the page and click **Generate**. Big runs are sent in batches, and the button shows how many images have been sent so far, for example **Starting 250 of 1,000…**. Keep the tab open until sending finishes; your browser warns you if you try to leave. Large runs share a queue with other brands, so the last infographics in a big run can take several hours to finish. Each infographic appears next to its image as soon as it's done, and any that can't be created are refunded automatically. That's it! It's a set of reference designs: images with labels, callouts or layouts you love. When you add infographics, you match one of these designs to each photo, and Studio follows its layout, lettering and colours. Your product stays the focus, and you choose the text when you create. Infographic templates are different from the photoshoot templates in **Assets** → **Templates**. Photoshoot templates set up models, poses and backgrounds for new photoshoots. Infographic templates style the infographics you add to finished images. ## Starter collection and your templates The Infographics library has two collections: * **Starter collection:** Ready-made templates from Ayna that you can use straight away. Open one to explore its designs. Starter templates are view-only; to change one, make a copy. * **Your templates:** Templates made by your team. They're shared with everyone in your organization, across all its brands, so your whole team can use the same looks. Use **Search templates** to find a template by name in the collection you're viewing. Creating, editing and deleting templates is available to team members with the **Admin**, **Member** or **QC Reviewer** role. Infographics library ## Step 1: Start a new template Click **Infographics** in the left sidebar, then click **Create template**. You can also click the **Make it yours** tile in **Your templates**. ## Step 2: Name your template Under **Name your template**, enter a name your team will recognise, such as "The everyday edit". You can change the name later. ## Step 3: Add your inspiration Drag your reference images onto the board, or click **browse files** to choose them. On a phone, tap **Choose reference images**. * Use **JPG, PNG or WebP** images of up to **20 MB** each. * A template holds **1 to 10** reference designs. The counter (for example, **3/10**) shows how many you've added. * Each image becomes a numbered design: **Design 1**, **Design 2** and so on. You'll use these numbers when you match designs to your photos. To arrange your designs: * **Reorder:** On a computer, drag a design to a new spot. On a phone, use the arrows. * **Preview:** Click the expand icon on a design to take a closer look at its layout, colours and callouts. * **Remove:** Click the **×** on a design. * **Retry:** If an image fails to upload, click **Retry upload**. Add reference designs Not sure which images to use? See [Choosing reference designs](/infographics/tips#choosing-reference-designs). ## Step 4: Save your template Click **Save template**. The button turns on once your template has a name and at least one design, and all your images have finished uploading without errors. If it's greyed out, the checklist in the panel next to your designs shows what's missing. Your template now appears in **Your templates**, ready to use. If you click **Cancel** before saving, Studio asks whether to discard your changes. If you leave another way, for example through the sidebar or your browser's Back button, your unsaved name and uploaded references are kept in this browser tab and come back when you open that template again, or click **Create template** again for a new one you hadn't saved yet. Images that were still uploading, or failed, aren't kept. ## Copy a starter template To customise a starter template, open it and click **Make a copy**, or choose **Make a copy** from its **⋯** menu. The copy is added to **Your templates**, with "copy" at the end of its name, and you can rename it and add, remove or reorder its designs. Make a copy of a starter template ## Edit, copy or delete your templates Open the **⋯** menu on one of your templates: * **Edit template:** Rename it, or add, remove and reorder its designs. Click **Save template** when you're done. * **Make a copy:** Start a new template from this one. * **Delete:** Remove the template from the library for everyone in your organization. Template options Editing or deleting a template never changes the infographics you've already created with it. ## Templates are free Creating, copying and editing templates doesn't use any credits, on any plan. It helps shoppers see a product's details at a glance. Learn more in the [Introduction to Infographics](/infographics/introduction). **Does adding an infographic change my original photo?**\ No. Each infographic is a new image, placed right next to the photo it was made from. Your original stays exactly as it was. **Can I add more than one infographic to an image?**\ Yes. You can add one infographic to an image in each run, and as many runs as you like. You can even add an infographic to an image that's already an infographic. **Why don't I see Add infographic on an image?**\ The option appears on finished images, so wait until the image has finished generating or being edited. It also isn't available to team members with the **Editor** role. If your plan doesn't include infographics, you'll still see the option, and Studio offers an upgrade when you try to create one. **Can I use Infographics on my phone?**\ Yes. Tap **Assets** in the bottom navigation, then open the **Infographics** tab to see your templates. On a phone you match designs by tapping; dragging designs onto images is available on a computer. **Can I cancel an infographic that's in progress?**\ No. Once an infographic is on its way, it can't be cancelled. If it gets stuck, Studio stops it and refunds your credits automatically. *** ## Templates **How are infographic templates different from photoshoot templates?**\ Photoshoot templates (in **Assets** → **Templates**) set up models, poses and backgrounds for new photoshoots. Infographic templates are sets of reference designs that style the infographics you add to finished images. **Can I edit a starter template?**\ Starter templates are view-only. Click **Make a copy** to add a copy to **Your templates**, then edit it however you like. **What happens to my infographics if I edit or delete a template?**\ Nothing. Infographics you've already created stay exactly as they are. **How many designs can a template have?**\ Between 1 and 10. Each design can be a JPG, PNG or WebP image of up to 20 MB. **Do templates cost credits?**\ No. Creating, copying and editing templates is free on every plan. *** ## Text **Do I have to add text?**\ No, text is optional. If you leave an image's text blank, it uses your product text if you've written some. Otherwise, the infographic highlights the details visible in the photo. **Will my text appear exactly as I typed it?**\ Studio keeps names, numbers and units as you write them, so check your spellings and sizes before you click **Generate**, and again on the finished infographic. **What is product text?**\ Product text is one text for all of a product's images, such as its fabric, fit, care and sizes. Each image without its own text gets the details that suit it. If a product has a base sheet, you can import the text from it. When product text is available, you'll see a **Product text** button on the **Add infographics** page. **Is product text saved to my product?**\ No. Product text is only used for that run, and it doesn't cost anything extra. **Can I change the text on a finished infographic?**\ Not directly. Add a new infographic with new text, or use **Edit with AI** or **Send for edits**. *** ## Credits **How much does an infographic cost?**\ **20 credits** per image on Silver, **15 credits** on Gold and **10 credits** on Platinum. Enterprise plans use the rate in their contract. See [Infographics Plans & Credits](/infographics/plans-and-credits). **When are credits deducted?**\ When you click **Generate**. The button shows the total before you click. **Do I get my credits back if an infographic fails?**\ Yes, automatically. A failed infographic shows **Your credits were refunded.** **Does Retry cost credits?**\ Yes. A retry is a new attempt, charged at your plan's current price, which the **Retry** button shows. If it fails, it's refunded too. **Why does the Generate button say "up to" a number of credits?**\ Some of your images are marked **Unconfirmed**: they were sent, but Studio couldn't confirm they arrived. They're sent again, and you're only charged for the ones that didn't go through the first time. *** ## Troubleshooting **Why is an image greyed out on the Add infographics page?**\ That image can't take an infographic right now, and it shows why, for example **Still in progress**, **Being edited** or **Replaced by an edit**. Wait for it to finish, or use the edited version of the image. **Why did my infographic fail?**\ Occasionally an infographic can't be created, for example when an automated content check stops it (this happens more often with innerwear). Your credits are refunded automatically. You can click **Retry**, try a different design, or contact us at [studio.support@getayna.com](mailto:studio.support@getayna.com) if it keeps happening. **My infographic has been waiting for a long time.**\ Large runs share a queue, so infographics can wait a while before they start. If one gets stuck, Studio stops it and refunds your credits automatically, and you can retry it. **What does "Unconfirmed" mean?**\ The image was sent, but Studio couldn't confirm it arrived, usually because the connection dropped. Click **Generate** to send it again. Anything that already went through isn't charged twice. **I see "This template changed since you opened it."**\ A design was removed from the template while you were working. Check your matches, then click **Generate** again. Nothing was charged. **I see "That template is no longer available."**\ The template was deleted while you were working. Choose another template and match your images again. **I see "There's too much product text to send."**\ Shorten your product text, then click **Generate** again. Nothing was sent or charged. **I see "This browser couldn't save…"**\ Studio saves your work in your browser as you go, and your browser's storage for this site is full or turned off. Free up space, then click **Generate** again. **I left the page while my infographics were being sent.**\ They keep sending in the background, and Studio tells you how it went. If it says not all of them started, open **Add infographics** again for the same images or products, in the same browser tab: Studio picks up where you left off, and **Generate** sends the rest without charging twice for anything that already went through. If you closed the tab, your saved work is gone, so check which infographics were created before adding more: images you send again from a new tab are created, and charged, as new infographics. **Can I flip an infographic?**\ No. Flipping would mirror the text, so it's turned off for infographics. # Introduction to Infographics Source: https://docs.getayna.com/infographics/introduction Infographics turn your product photos into images that tell a story. Ayna Studio adds labels, callouts and layouts to your finished photos, in the style of reference designs you choose, so shoppers can see what makes a product special at a glance: the neckline, the fabric, the fit and all the little details. Photo with and without infographics ## Why use infographics? * **Show the details that sell:** Point out features like a V neckline, button details or a wide-leg silhouette right on the photo. * **Stand out on marketplaces:** Add polished, informative images to your listings alongside your regular shots. * **Keep your look consistent:** Use the same designs across your catalogue, so every product feels part of one brand. * **Save design time:** No design tools or designers needed. Pick a design, add your text, and Studio does the rest. ## How it works 1. **Find your look:** Choose a starter template or upload your own inspiration. A template is a set of reference designs: images with labels, callouts or layouts you love. 2. **Match it to your images:** Pick a reference design for each image you want to add infographics to. 3. **Make the details shine:** Add your text, then create. Your originals stay saved. Your original photo is never changed. Each infographic is created as a new image and placed right next to the photo it was made from. ## Good to know * You can add one infographic to an image in each run, and as many as you like over time, even to an image that's already an infographic. * Text is optional. Tell Studio what to say, or leave it blank. * If an infographic can't be created, the credits for it are refunded automatically. ## Where to find Infographics On a computer, click **Infographics** in the left sidebar (it's marked **NEW**). This is your template library, where you browse and create the looks you'll use. A short guide at the top of the library gives you a quick visual tour: **Hide guide** folds it away, and **How it works** brings it back. On a phone or tablet, tap **Assets** in the bottom navigation, then open the **Infographics** tab. You add infographics from your images: on a product's page, or, on Platinum and on Enterprise plans that include bulk generation, to many products at once from **Photoshoots**. The library is where you find and create the designs. Infographics library Infographics on a phone ## Who can use Infographics Infographics are available on the **Silver**, **Gold**, **Platinum** and **Enterprise** plans. Adding infographics to many products at once (bulk) is available on **Platinum** and on Enterprise plans that include bulk generation. Templates are free. ## Credits per infographic Each infographic costs: * **Silver:** **20 credits** per image * **Gold:** **15 credits** per image * **Platinum:** **10 credits** per image Enterprise plans use the rate in your contract. Infographics aren't available on the free plan; Studio offers an upgrade if you try to create one. Bulk infographics cost the same per image as any other infographic. ## When you're charged * Credits are deducted when you click **Generate**. The button shows the total first, for example **Generate 8 infographics · 120 credits** on Gold. * You're only charged for images you've matched to a design. Unmatched images are skipped. * If an image changed while the page was open (for example, it was sent for edits), it's skipped and you're not charged for it. * If you don't have enough credits, the **Generate** button stays off until you add more. ## Refunds Your credits are refunded automatically when: * an infographic can't be created, or * an infographic gets stuck and Studio stops it. ## Retrying **Retry** on a failed infographic creates a new attempt, so it's charged again at your plan's current price, which the button shows. If the retry fails too, it's refunded as well. ## Other actions on infographics Actions like **Edit with AI** and **Generate 4K** cost credits too. The **⋮** menu shows the standard price before you use them; Enterprise plans are charged their contract rate. ## Example You select 8 images of a product on the Gold plan and match a design to each one. Your total is 8 × 15 = **120 credits**. Use these tips to get results you'll love. ## Choosing reference designs * **Pick designs you'd be proud to post:** A good reference is an image with labels, callouts or a layout you love. Studio follows its layout, lettering, colours and graphic style. * **Don't worry about the words on the reference:** Studio takes the design from a reference, not its words: it's built to leave out the reference's own text, numbers, logos and brand names, and to say what you tell it to. If any slip through, fix them with **Edit with AI**. * **Mix a few looks in one template:** For example, include one design for close-ups and another for full-length shots, then match each photo to the design that suits it. * **Use clear, sharp references:** The clearer the reference, the easier it is to follow its design. ## Writing text * **Keep it short and specific:** A few clear points work best, for example "V neckline, button front, wide-leg silhouette". * **Check spellings, numbers and units:** Studio keeps names, numbers and units as you type them, so check them before you generate, and again on the result. * **Stick to what shoppers want to know:** Leave out prices, tax codes, barcodes and internal codes. * **Use product text for the whole product:** Put facts about the product, like fabric, fit, care and sizes, in **Product text**, and Studio spreads them across the product's images. Text you write for one image replaces the product text for that image, so include any product facts you still want on it. * **Leave it blank when the photo says it all:** With no text and no product text, the infographic highlights the visible details. ## Before a big run * **Test first:** Try a couple of designs on one or two images before sending a large run, so you know which design suits your catalogue best. * **Check your credits:** The **Generate** button shows the total before you start. See [Infographics Plans & Credits](/infographics/plans-and-credits). ## Polishing your results * Use **Edit with AI** for quick changes. * Use **Send for edits** to have our editing team fine-tune an infographic. * Not quite the look you wanted? Add another infographic with a different design. Your original photo is always kept. # Track and Use Your Infographics Source: https://docs.getayna.com/infographics/track-and-use After you click **Generate**, each infographic appears as a new image right after the photo it was made from. Here's how to follow its progress, what to do if one fails, and everything you can do with your finished infographics. ## Follow the progress While an infographic is waiting or being created, its card shows your photo with a status: * **Waiting to start**, **Next in line** or **N ahead of yours:** Your infographic is in the queue. * Steps such as **Reading the reference…**, **Sketching the layout…** and **Placing the callouts…**, with the time left: Your infographic is being designed. Once it starts, an infographic usually takes a minute or two. Big runs wait in a queue first, so the last images in a large run can take longer. Cards update on their own, so there's no need to refresh the page. When an infographic is ready, it's revealed right on its card. Infographics in progress You can't cancel an infographic once it's on its way. ## Find your infographics Infographics sit right after the image they were made from and carry an **Infographic** badge. Hover over the badge to see which template was used. To see only your infographics on a product's page, open the **Property** filter and choose **Infographic**. A finished infographic ## If an infographic fails If an infographic can't be created, its card says **Couldn't create this infographic** and **Your credits were refunded.** The credits go back to your balance automatically. To try again, click **Retry**. The button shows what a retry costs on your plan, and Studio uses the same design and text as before. Retry creates a new attempt, so it uses credits again at your plan's current price. If the retry fails too, those credits are refunded as well. If the original photo has changed since, for example because it was sent for edits, the infographic can't be retried. Add a new infographic from the current image instead. Retry a failed infographic If an infographic stays stuck for a long time, Studio stops it and refunds your credits automatically. If the same image keeps failing, try a different design or a different image, or contact us at [studio.support@getayna.com](mailto:studio.support@getayna.com). ## What you can do with a finished infographic A finished infographic works like any other image in your photoshoot. From its card and its **⋮** menu, you can: * **Download** it as a PNG or JPEG. * **Create marketplace variation** to crop it for a marketplace. * **Generate 4K**, on plans that include 4K (on Silver, it offers an upgrade). Infographics made from a 4K photo are already 4K. * **Send for edits** to have our editing team polish it. Each infographic has its own edit allowance, separate from the photo it was made from. * **Edit with AI** to make quick changes yourself. * **Add infographic** to create another infographic from it. * **View input & references** to see the design, the template and the text that were used. If you used product text, you'll see the text Studio wrote for this image. * **Archive image** to hide it from your view. Infographic options View input and references Infographics are saved as high-quality PNG images at the same size as the photo they were made from. ## What isn't available for infographics * **Flip image:** Flipping would mirror the text, so it's turned off for infographics. * **Regenerate image:** To try a different look, add a new infographic with another design. * **Changing the text:** An infographic's text can't be edited after it's created.
