Infographics use credits from your balance and are charged per image, so you always know what a run will cost before you start. Templates are free.

Credits per infographic

Each infographic costs:
  • Silver: 20 credits per image
  • Gold: 15 credits per image
  • Platinum: 10 credits per image
Enterprise plans use the rate in your contract. Infographics aren’t available on the free plan; Studio offers an upgrade if you try to create one. Studio shows your plan’s price before you create anything: next to Add infographic in an image’s ⋮ menu, and on the Generate button.

What’s free

  • Creating, copying and editing templates, on every plan.
  • Product text, including importing it from a base sheet.

Bulk infographics

Adding infographics to many products at once is available on Platinum and on Enterprise plans that include bulk generation. Bulk infographics cost the same per image as any other infographic.

When you’re charged

  • Credits are deducted when you click Generate. The button shows the total first, for example Generate 8 infographics · 120 credits on Gold.
  • You’re only charged for images you’ve matched to a design. Unmatched images are skipped.
  • If an image changed while the page was open (for example, it was sent for edits), it’s skipped and you’re not charged for it.
  • If you don’t have enough credits, the Generate button stays off until you add more.

Refunds

Your credits are refunded automatically when:
  • an infographic can’t be created, or
  • an infographic gets stuck and Studio stops it.

Retrying

Retry on a failed infographic creates a new attempt, so it’s charged again at your plan’s current price, which the button shows. If the retry fails too, it’s refunded as well.

Other actions on infographics

Actions like Edit with AI and Generate 4K cost credits too. The ⋮ menu shows the standard price before you use them; Enterprise plans are charged their contract rate.

Example

You select 8 images of a product on the Gold plan and match a design to each one. Your total is 8 × 15 = 120 credits. If one of them can’t be created, its 15 credits are refunded automatically.
